Very friendly staff - Alina and Daniel were great at welcoming us in, giving information, looking after us at breakfast and someone even helped me reverse my car out into the narrow street when someone else had parked too close. Hotel was very clean, breakfast was plentiful and good quality. Bathroom and bed were good, minibar in the room was reasonably priced. Location is good - around 10 minute walk to the start of the main tourist area, and 30-40 minute stroll to Prague Castle through the old streets. There is plenty to stop and look at along the way. The reception staff will tell you about their sister hotel down the road which has a roof-top cafe/bar and it is worth a visit for the view. Parking was OK - you may need to drive around the block a couple of times before you find something but we managed to park OK the couple of times we came back to the hotel with the car.

The lady at the reception is very kind, respectful and her smile and calm face and her positive and proactive attitude was a great start for our stay. The Room is big, comfortable, location great, not in the middle of the center so calm area, in just 10-15 mins walking we arrive to the center. 5 mins walking from the more needed tram station. The breakfast is rich with variety, but the best of all is the smily face of Monika, and her high attention to making sure every one is saftisfied, having what they need, she made us feel at home, she turns around with this smile giving positivity to the area. While leaving another surprise, a young guy at the reception, we did the check out, and was taking the bags to the car, i followed me with the remaning bags, this act of kindness meant a lot for me. Very important also some gifts they give, ill keep it a surprise. I HIGHY SUGGEST it.

Solid hotel next to city centre, everything was as expected. The ability to park in the nearby street area is absolutely great, even if the search for a spot can take a minute. Hotel staff was always friendly and welcoming and everything went smoothly, breakfast was a surprise as it was above average. The breakfast team (Monika and her colleagues) did a great job, thanks!

The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice. We paid for breakfast and it was very good and diversified, also, Monika and Daniel were incredibly nice and welcoming
