Wonderful small hotel near the city center (10 minutes walking to Wenzelsplatz and the national museum). The staff is exceptionally nice - from the reception to the breakfast ladies. Everyone is very corteous! The breakfast is good with a small but tasty variety. The rooms are not ultra-modern but have charm. We asked for a quiet room with double bed towards the inner courtyard and our wish has been fulfilled. You even get a complementary bottle of wine and water upon arrival, as well as two vouchers for a free welcome drink - one at the hotel bar and one for a panorama café. Parking is free in front of the hotel or in the nearby streets - it might take some time to find a parking spot but at least it's free (unlike in most other hotels where you pay 35€ per night). All in all, highly recommended and we would come back for a city trip :)

The hotel had this wonderful old world charm where you as a customer feel like a king! The reception staff was exceptional, the greeting, the information and everything we wanted was given to us with a smile! They arranged a very convenient parking space for us just outside the hotel. Our room on the 3rd floor was facing the side street and was calm during night, well equipped and comfortable. Exceptionally clean, thank you for your good job on keeping it that way Anna. We booked a room with breakfast and that was an excellent decision, there was a variety of choices plus good quality, one of the best breakfast hotel coffees we had in years, also the ladies kept it constantly full and attended every need! Thank you for that Yuliia, Renata and Monika! We wish everyone to keep up with the good work and be sure we’ll be back!

The front desk staff were amazing...I wish I had gotten their names. (I did get the name of a sweet girl serving breakfast...Yuliia. She was also great.) The staff happily accommodated our requests and helped us find parking. Our room had a fan that helped circulate the air; the week we were there the temperatures were around 80 degrees F and it was very comfortable. It's a lovely hotel. Also, we were given a couple of free drink vouchers, one of which was at a rooftop terrace where we were able to have a drink while overlooking all of Prague. Beautiful! One more thing, we ate at a local place near the hotel (not in Old Town) and really liked the vibe of that part of town too. The restaurant was called Paprika and was super yum.

The hotel is placed relatively close to the city center, some 5 minutes walk to the subway station, 25 minutes to the main square. The hotel doesn't have it's own parking lot, you park on the street and someone from reception has to register license plate in the system which was fine for me, I was also lucky to find a parking spot right next to the hotel but it may not always be the case. The rooms are cozy and clean, they have all the comforts you would expect. Our room was slightly dark but in general it was fine. Breakfasts are until 11 am - that should be standard everywhere! The staff is really nice, especially Monika and Daniel were great and very helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Eliza at reception was very kind and helpful. She even gave us some good advice and ideas for our sightseeing activities. The pictures on the internet really reflect the reality. The room was clean, the decor was cosy and it was completely quiet. Thanks to Renata and Monika for the generous, delicious breakfast. Many attractions are within easy walking or public transport distance from the hotel. I recommend the hotel for a one night stay or for a stay of several days.
